Aquacore Wrecks Expeditions is an initiative focused on a different community of divers. If you like shipwrecks and indoor environments, then, this is your place!
Shipwrecks are a window to the past; each shipwreck hides a tragic story. As we delve into its bowels, its ghostly remains seem to come to life, stopping time, and then the magic of exploration arises.
Combining the teaching of diving with the exploration of wrecks is my passion. I have explored some of them in Cyprus, Turkey, Colombia, Croatia, Greece, Jordan, Malta, Spain, Aruba, Israel, Italy, Honduras, and the Maldives. In my diving destinations, you can meet your next adventure. All the programs are flexible and can be adapted to fit your schedule, time, and number of divers and non-divers. It does not matter if you are alone or in a group. I will tailor the trip to provide the best for you. About me and my articles
Welcome! I am Carlos Pradas, a recreational diving instructor, Tec diver, digital content writer, and the Director of the Aquacore Wrecks Expeditions.
I have a background in Telecommunications Technician in the past, I worked for several IT companies. However, I have always felt more comfortable in the teaching field. I taught IT courses and also published some books.
I became an Instructor fully dedicated in 2014. I have gained experience and developed my work in Europe, the Caribbean, the Middle East and South Asia.
My two passions underwater are the historic wreck sites and teaching all the recreational diving levels.
I have several favourite dive spots around the world. Wrecks: Zenobia (Cyprus) and Um El Faroud (Malta). Cavern: Elephant Cave (Crete) and Reef Dive: Embhoodoo Express (Maldives).
I try to be permanent inspired to provide a solid training to my students focus in good practices, safety and proficiency skills to became a responsible and thinking diver
